Exercise isn't fun, and exercise is painful - that's a fact.
It just requires a positive mindset!
The whole point about exercise is for your body to feel it had a work out. If your muscles is put under pressure because of training then you need to ensure proper nutrition in order to see transformation.
Trying to get to 80% of your maximum heart rate is also not easy and fun and tough to complete and accomplish.
Or let's maybe talk about flexibility - being in a yoga class trying to pike your body
and align one leg straight up inline with your spine.... where is the fun in that?
What am trying to say
is; people often want fun, no repetitive exercises and constant change in excercise regimes. If this doesn't happen, they get bored and often want to
quit, change trainers or lose interest where the actual problem is your "MIND
SET"!
If you know a
successful businessman, ask them how they made it and they will tell you; they
do one thing over and over, that same principle applies in exercise.
We need to understand that exercising is part of us, as any other daily routine - praying, washing our bodies, brushing our teeth, going to work etc.
If we can program our minds to see excercising as daily routine then obesity and other consequences due to the lack of exercise, is history. Let's coach you through all these processes, from mindset to exercise, achieving and the maintanance.
