The whole point about
exercise is to feel it. Is to put you muscles under stress feed them properly
and see transformation. Trying to get to 80% of your maximum heart rate is also
isn't easy and fun, it's a serious mission to complete and accomplish. Or maybe
let's talk about flexibility, being in a yoga class trying to pike your body
and align one leg straight up inline with your spine where is fun there?
What am trying to say
is people often want fun or no repetitive exercises and change of regimens in
less than 2weeks or so and if this happens they get bored making them want to
quit, change trainers or show less interest, the problem is "MIND
SET"!

do one thing over and over, so that's the same principle as exercise

teeth, going to work etc, we mentally understand why we have to do all that,
